For the best quality, make sure your images meet the following size and resolution requirements:
7x10 cm prints → 1200x1800 px / 300 dpi
10x15 cm prints → 1200x1800 px / 300 dpi
13x18 cm prints → 1500x2100 px / 300 dpi
15x23 cm prints → 1800x2700 px / 300 dpi
18x27 cm prints → 2400x3600 px / 300 dpi
Ensure your files are in JPG or TIFF format and properly cropped to match the selected print sizes.
If your images are not cropped, we will adjust the framing for you to best fit the chosen size.

After purchasing your prints, you will receive an email with a link to upload your photos.
Photos should be organized into separate folders for each print size (e.g., a folder named "10x15" for 10x15 cm prints).
You have 24 hours to upload your files. After this time, the order will be automatically canceled.
