Sending Photos for Printing – Get It Right the First Time
We print your photos exactly as you send them, so make sure they’re properly cropped, high resolution, and organized before uploading. Step-by-step video guide below.
How to Prep & Upload Your Photos:
Resolution Check – Every photo needs to be 300 DPI for sharp, print-worthy results.
Organize Like a Pro:
Create a Main Folder – Name it with your name + order number (e.g., Emma_Johnson_5678).
Sort by Size – Inside that folder, create subfolders by photo size (10x15, 13x18, etc.).
Upload & Done – Use the Dropbox link from your email to submit your files.
Minimum Order: We print in batches of 40 photos—but you can mix sizes.
The NFC Tag – Because Some Memories Deserve a Digital Touch
Every (PA)PIERRE album comes with an NFC-enabled info card—a small, invisible upgrade that lets you attach a digital link inside your album.
Watch the video to see how easy it is to program.
How to Make the NFC Tag Work for You:
What Can You Store? A gallery, playlist, website, social profile, a secret location—whatever link you want, it’s yours.
How to Program It? Use an NFC-compatible smartphone and a free NFC writing app to set your custom link. Tap, set, done.
Where’s the Tag? It’s hidden on the info card—stick it on the first page, or don’t. Your call.
Heads Up: The NFC sticker is a free add-on. If it stops working, it’s not eligible for refunds or replacements—but that just makes it cooler, right?
Photo Mounting – Keep It Clean, Keep It Sharp
Mounting photos isn’t rocket science, but there’s a right way to do it. Do it wrong, and you risk warping, swelling, or messing with the album’s sleek structure.
Watch the quick video below for a full breakdown.
How to Mount Photos Without Regrets:
Adhesive Matters – Use a glue roller, glue stick, or thin transparent photo corners. Liquid glues? Big no. They’ll ruin both your photos and the album.
Skip the Chunky Stuff – Thick tapes and bulky photo corners can distort the album over time. Keep it light.
Size Matters – Your prints should be no thicker than 260 gsm. Anything heavier, and you're asking for trouble.
The Big One – The largest photo size that fits like a glove? 18x27 cm.
Pro Move: Before sticking anything down, plan your layout using our Canva template—it helps you visualize spreads, test different sizes, and avoid last-minute regrets.
Everything you need to know is here—no frills, no overwhelm. Whether you're mounting your photos, adding your own NFC link, or sending files for print, we've made the process as simple as possible. Take your time, enjoy it, and don’t stress the small stuff. Your album is meant to last—and so is the joy of putting it together.
