Shipping policy
At (PA)PIERRE, we currently ship to destinations across Europe and the USA. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note: If your order includes photo prints, processing time may extend up to 7 business days, depending on the volume of print orders we’re handling. We prioritize quality and will always notify you if we anticipate any delay.
Shipping Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Europe:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
USA:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and other unforeseen factors.
Holiday & Overseas Shipping Delays
For overseas orders, especially to the USA, shipping may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays. In some cases, delivery times can extend to 3 weeks or more. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, especially during holiday periods.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s progress. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@papierre-department.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@papierre-department.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to Europe and the USA. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
